Wonderful location within walking distance Main St, Market St, Station St, Chattanooga Choo Choo etc. Extremely close to Ruby Falls. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was very relaxing as well! Friendly & accommodating staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Valet service was wonderful and friendly as well. We visited with the intention of exploring the area within walking distance BUT you could honestly visit The Chattanoogan Hotel and never have to leave the property with so many options on site!

Spacious and comfortable rooms, good lighting. Restaurant on site as well as Starbucks . Valet parking available made convenient. Fast check in and out. In a quiet area of town.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Up the rd "literally" from downtown (on the main rd) & close to interstate. Room was clean. Love Love Love the tempered glass shower. The door was opened for us each time we arrived with the greeting "welcome back."

Absolutely everything was perfect — the location, the ambiance, the temperature, the staff, the amenities, etc. The only downfall is that the fire alarm went off around 2:30AM and the entire hotel had to evacuate, which made for a semi tough rest of the night. Additionally, and I may be a rookie here, but there was an extra $50.00 hold charged on my card in case damages happened; however this information was not disclosed upon my check—in, but rather I noticed it on my statement. When it comes to charges on my card, I try to keep a close eye. I think additional fees and charges should’ve been better communicated but, other than that, it really was an excellent stay and we will be back!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice, clean and had a huge TV in it. The rooftop bar and other facilities are really nice. Beautiful hotel. We walked everywhere we went. Front desk was very professional. My second stay here.
